And that's exactly what the designer Gillian Kyle has done. From mugs to greeting cards, aprons to tea towels, Gill has captured these iconic images beautifully.
My favourite is her Tunnocks Teacake Foil Bag which retails at £17.50. Perfect for shopping, taking lunch to work or chucking loads of bits and bobs in when out and about!
The website also offers a range for babies and toddlers. There are bibs, short and long sleeved tshirts- all made from the best in organic cotton, printed in Glasgow and made with water based inks. Perfect for your own little teacakes! Sizes range from 6mths-24mths and prices start at £8.50. There are also tshirts available for older kids.

Love these products Gillian, the adult t-shirts are pretty cool too. I know my hubby would love the teacake one (birthday sorted) My pregnant friends would love the wee cutie baby tee's - Mother's Pride is fab.
ReplyDeleteI'd have to describe myself as the iconic Scottish macaroon bar. Some people maybe think I'm a bit flaky on the surface but inside i'm really quite soft and sweet.
Oops, sorry Gillian that was me, hadn't logged Jamie out. :-)
ReplyDeleteSuch lovely items - especially love the teacake design.
ReplyDeleteI would like to think that I'm most similiar to a bottle of Bell's whisky - mellow, complex and gets better with age (here's hoping!)
I follow your blog too :)
Love your blog Gillian, and the items are so cute.
ReplyDeleteI would describe myself as a can of irn bru, as the colour matched my hair for a whole 2 days, sxx
Hiya. Hmm scottish iconic item, that would have to be the haggis.
ReplyDeleteFull of mystery, and you just never know what you're gonna get lol.
