Well, a little bit about me...
I am a 30-something (gulp!) working mum to gorgeous twin girls who were born in December 2007. I currently work part time, 4 days a week and spend the rest of my time with my husband and daughters.
I started blogging in 2010 with the aim of sharing my love of pretty things for both me and my girls.
I enjoy spending time with friends, baking and cooking at home (regularly testing my creations out on my husband - I'm sure he's not complaining!), I LOVE home interior magazines and of course quality time with my two little monkeys.
When we can, we also love nothing more than getting away for a few days - either as a family, or some quiet time for me and the hubby. Days out are also a big hit in our house - especially if they involve exploring and 'going on an adventure'.
My husband is a bit of a geek by his own admission and loves all things gadget or superhero related. He is also a bit of a film buff - many a time I have been subjected to some sort of rubbish film about aliens or zombies in a supermarket.
And as for my girls, they love all sorts of things...from princesses and dressing up, to superheroes and listening to their iPods (they have a very diverse taste in music, don't you know!)
Really, we're just a normal family. But according to the girls, we're the best family in the world :)
